Many projects on historic buildings and heritage sites depend on external funding. We are able to advise on opportunities for grant aid from the Heritage Lottery Fund, English Heritage,Cadw, Defra, EU and other sources and can assist with making applications. The way a project is set up may have a crucial bearing on grant eligibility and we are able to maximise funding opportunities.

The project budget is always of prime importance but it is rarely possible to investigate an existing building to eliminate all unknowns before work starts. We therefore use our extensive experience to make appropriate provision for unknowns and manage risk to ensure the cost plan is met.
